Oxygen mag’s Lose 21 lbs. in 10 days plan
So, I just completed a month of detoxing, and then last Thursday I watched Private Practice and realized after seeing Audra McDonald’s (Naomi Bennett’s) arms I am so completely re-committed to my clean-eating life! I didn’t lose any weight on my detox (I wasn’t really expecting to, but I was hoping for at least a little); however, I did cleanse my body pretty darn well. Now, it is time to get serious!
Last night I was at Borders and got the new Oxygen "Off The Couch" issue where they re-posted the "Lose 10 lbs in 21 days" diet, and I think it will be a great way to transition back into my usual bodybuilding plan. I am always a little light on calories, though, so I think this plan (which ranges from 1100-1400 calories a day) will be good to re-introduce some foods I’ve been off of for the last month. My plan is to tightly adhere to this plan for the next 21 days and then keep my calories at around 1500/day while increasing my workouts.
This definitely will mean that even for Halloween night I will be on plan consistently for 21 days, and I think I could honestly use the structure. 11 days after I finish the plan, my good friend is getting married, so I really want to look amazingly hot for her wedding.
