Positive Changes

Things are more positive now than they have ever been. I make goals and work really hard to be able to complete what I have started. I have my focus on something special right now and my new goal date is September 3. I’m not sure if I will get to where I really wanted to be by than but I will be closer than I was last year…that’s for sure. I want to be 125lbs and right now I am 164lbs. I am not sure if that is just to much to lose in less than 3 months.

I need to take pictures again…I’m never in front of the camera…ever ;)

Things are positive and hubby is proud of me for sticking with it. I feel better about myself already. Its about time!

Great attitude girl! Positive thinking WILL lead to positive results. Dont worry about silly numbers on the scale…Work hard and results will follow :)

40 Lbs in less than 3 months is extremely aggressive. I’d consider checking in with a physician before trying to lose that much weight that fast. Even with strict diet and exercise 1-1.5 Lbs per week would be considered pretty impressive. Under a doctor’s supervision though, you could probably beat that.

Adopting a healthy lifestyle and sticking to it would be a more important goal. Then you won’t have to try to lose weight for an event ever again :)

    Good luck!

You are both right. I really have a look in mind for September. I will just do everything I can…the right way and be proud of what I do accomplish.

Thanks for the comments and I know that 1 - 1.5 lbs is the right way to do it….I know better..I really do ;)

Do you know how to set up a calorie deficit and all that? If not, send me a PM or a profile comment, and I’ll write down the basics for you and send you some helpful links to help you lose as much as (safely) possible while setting yourself up for long term success.
