Best workout thus far!
October 18, 2007Today was definately the best workout that I have had. I have had a cold since monday and really wasn’t sure how today would go. I really started feeling good about 15 minutes into my cardio. Thursdays are my leg days. Most people I talk to hate leg days. I used to but it is really becoming my favorite lifting day. I am seeing the best results with my legs more than any other body part. Hopefully, I can keep the momentum going into tomorrow, arms day.
