Diet - Carbs - Cheat Meals
Tuesday, April 24th, 2007So, I have decided that I may not compete this year. This being the case, I have upped my carbs a bit and I have had some cheat meals. I still diet though for the most part. I do cardio, just not as much as I did. I have only gained a few pounds but I tend to lose it right away as well. I assume this is mostly water weight. Basically, I feel that my diet now is effective and I look better even. Could this be due to carbing up and carbing down constantly. Is this a good means to retain/build muscle while shedding fat? My basic goal is to drop to about 6-7% bodyfat for the summer and maybe if I get lower and funds allow me, compete.
