WOO!!! MORNING CARDIO!!!!
HOORAY!!!!!!!!!! MORNING CARDIO!!!!!!!!!! I’m sooo tired… Gah… Lipo-6 keeps me awake however. That stuff gets to work fast on an empty stomach! Anyhow… I’m jogging for half an hour in the morning before school. Just started today. As it stands now, I can’t get to the gym in the morning yet…. So it’s up and down the road. It works though. No one drives on the road, and even fewer people live on it. So, with my PSP in my pocket blasting some DRAGONFORCE or some other musical encouragement, I jog away- checking my heart rate every few seconds, almost obsessively on my cool new HR monitoring watch! $40 at Walmart. I’m sure I probably got ripped off, but oh well. I needed one fast. So, only being able to get to sleep around midnight or later, puts my energy in short supply. WOO for Caffiene Anhydrous! And Naps. If I’m too tired, I try to get in an hour’s worth of sleep before my afternoon - evening weight training. I work alot so, this isn’t always possible. I just need life to calm down a bit. I don’t have time for anything. My sleep time is the last bit of time I have to give.
