Protein-Energy Pancakes… Mmmm wish i could have these right now.. looks g


INGREDIENTS:
• Olive oil spray
• 3/4 cup quick cook oatmeal
• 3/4 cup egg whites
• 1 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
• 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup-or splenda
• 1/4 cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mist pan with Olive oil spray. Combine all ingredients and pour into small frying pan in pancake form.
When sides start to brown, flip. Pancakes will need approximately 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with sugar-free syrup and blueberries.
optional - add tbsp natty peanut butter into the mix ![]()

I gotta try this. The healthiest I get with pancakes is the harvest grain and nut at IHOP.

i love protien pancake i make mine with 4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oats, cinnamon, 1 scoop protien powder in a blender til smooth…sometimes i add a little canned pumpkin, one time i was craving carrot cake so i added some finely shredded carrot and when i poured it in the pan i put a few raisins and chopped nuts, came out really good, if i’m having a chocolate craving i will put in some chocolate chips, much better for me than a cookie and it hits the spot…
