Am I EVER sore.
I started MMA training yesterday and every muscle in my body is aching/stiff.
It is crazy.
Awesome workout!
Completely different than the gym. (for me)
I love it. I only went one day and I learned so much already.
Looking forward to tomorrow…
Anyone have any home remedies to help the muscle soreness, Ive been doing my usual..stretching, advil, protein.. but could always try somethin else.
Also the bruises are insane!!!

Try glutamine before you go train and then take some after get done. I like Six Star Glutamine. Icing might help too. What’s the other person look like;)

Wow, I’m just starting kicking boxing, boxing and muay tai… hopefully I don’t get bruised like that, but I guess it’ll be unavoidable. I think your progress is great, nice abs, keep up the good work.

Ginger root…works really well for muscle strains and nerve issues.
