Shoulder.
Lateral Raises: 12/10/10
Reverse Raises: 10/10/10
Seated Military Press: 6/5/4 (max weight)
Shoulder Shurgs: 15/15/15
Ab Crunches: 200
Cardio: Treadmill .75 miles.
During my cardio my left shin began to hurt thats why i didnt finish,I normally run 1.5 but it got to the point where they were just hurting too much. Anyone know what causes shin split? I use to get it during volleyball and basketball in high school and it went away for a while. Whats the cause and how can i treat it?
Today my target was on my shoulders. Had a pretty good workout i can feel like shoulders tingling as i write this post.
