Today i began with HIIT and it was damn hard! but i love all activities that are short and intense(and nope,not what you are thinking) lol.
I started with 15 mins steady state cardio and then 60 secs sprint,60 secs walking then repeated 60 secs sprint and 60 walking until i sprinted 5 times,then 5 mins cool down.
For longer GH release i waited 30 mins till i ingested a chocolate recovery drink.
