The Guns Are Back!!!
July 21, 2008Time for a new goal!
It has been about 14 years from when my arms had been the all time best of 19 1/4" (that is with a pump). After todays Biceps and Triceps workout the right arm measured 19 1/4" matching my all time best. It is now time to set my sites on the 20" guns!!!
