When you are sore…
Tuesday, January 13th, 2009you know your alive. It is the first time since I started back working out that I am truely sore. I have been somewhat sore at times coming along but today I am having a hard time bending my arms and lifting things ovr my head. Even my lats are sore. I feel if I close them up, they will lock up.
It is good to be alive.
