you know your alive. It is the first time since I started back working out that I am truely sore. I have been somewhat sore at times coming along but today I am having a hard time bending my arms and lifting things ovr my head. Even my lats are sore. I feel if I close them up, they will lock up.
It is good to be alive.

Starting Jan 5th. I will be starting a new 12 week program. As I go along I will post each week with results and more than likely a few rants too. I know there is very little care about my thoughts and struggles but it is still nice to have a place to put them.
I finished my beginner program and lost 12 pounds but I gained 5 of it back with christmas holiday eating. (YUCK) I really am excited to be starting a new program. I’d like to see 20lbs gone and an inch on my arms and chest. Maybe loose 3 inches on my waist.
I know high wishes but I am putting my mind to it. Wish me luck.

I know it is early since I just started 2 weeks ago but I have lost 8lbs and feel great. I have a cold right now and usually I’d be home in bed. I just have too much energy to stay still.
Life is going great. Me and my family is so blessed. We have possible found a new church home where we can grow our ministry, finacially we are finally stable and most of all my family is in great health. My wife is getting into working out and my two girls (2yr and 6months) are learning and growing so well. I thank the good Lord for it all.
This site is so awesome and encouraging. Thanks to all for advice and support.

Man I am sore but I lost 2 more lbs. Yesterday I played in the snow with my 2 year old and when I came inside to go to work, I wasn’t pooped! Yeah me!

But I lost 2 lbs and I am so excited about it. It has been along time since I have been able to go to the gym because of injuries so any progress is awesome.
I know I may get slack for posting this but I really don’t care. 2lbs lighter is still 2lbs lighter. And most of all I am happy and really starting to feel good. Sore but good.
