the joy of running
ever since the month of september has hit, I have started to hit the pavement. for the past past month I have been running on average 3.5 miles per day in addition to the 5 hours of tennis per week. the running has helped in may ways to improve the look of my body ,as well as, the way my body feels. I am faster, stronger, wiser, and damn it I look good. The running has also hepled me to clear my head. I am less stressed than normal and I workout better. Intially I was reluctant about running because it seemed redundant and boring, but since I have broke free from the clutched of the treadmill I realized just how fun and uplifting running is. I guess it is true that the benifits of running out weigh the cons on any day, and for me that is quite alright.
