I am learning that exericse will enhance bodyfat loss  but only cutting yoru calories to the bar minimum will do the job.  At my size&#8230; i have to cut down to abotu 1200-1400 cals a day to cut.  My body type is what i call HYPER-EFFICENT.  Exercise is important&#8230;. but if i dont keep the cals low   .. i wont cut.  alot of people are just like me &#8230;.
