i been going so hard…eating the bare minimum… lifting hard with interval cardio after ward…. this is no joke…. but i am on a good roll… just pray i dont break down….
i got a pretty bad ab strain.. but i am training like its not there…. i dont think i can hurt it worse… but man does it hurt at times… driving a car hurts bad when u have to turn ,,,, but a BEAST doesnt let aches and pain slow him up….if i can breath i can train hard….
Had a nice carb up..had some real food…. now its back to the 6 days consecutive of hell…have an abdominal strain but it felt OK today.. back n cardio in the AM!!
looking foward to carbing up tommorrow.. i have felt terrible all week on this extreme diet and training….all i want to do now is sleep but gotta get that PM training in.
i acutally had a YOGURT… i have to give myself a a tad more clean carbs… or i just feel like re-fried crap…. Dont know if i will have time to train today… but i will try to squeeze it in….
MORNING cardio on an empty stomach + very lo carb diet = bad news…. I was really about to hit the deck… got woozy…. fell fine now… have to careful with that
my body feels so bad in so many ways right now….i am beat up and starved…. i think i need to triple up on the multis and mega dose the FISH oil to bring me out it…and i am upping my Protien. AND I NEED LIKE 12 hours of sleep. I might call out of work the rest of the WEEK and let my body rest and recover…
