DIET > EXERCISE
if you have a hard time cutting….dont over exercise …. under eat…. I am learning that exericse will enhance bodyfat loss but only cutting yoru calories to the bar minimum will do the job. At my size… i have to cut down to abotu 1200-1400 cals a day to cut. My body type is what i call HYPER-EFFICENT. Exercise is important…. but if i dont keep the cals low .. i wont cut. alot of people are just like me ….

lol, I still think you’re an extreme mad scientist but it seems to be working so keep on for now. I tell you this everyday but hey, somethings still don’t make sense to me.
