War is hell
I been suffering all week… diet ultra locked in… cardio and weights daily….carbs very low… feel weak from all the work so i step on the scale to expect some payoff from my diligence…and it says i gained a 1/4 lb. LOL kinda deflating… guess i have to go harder… one thing is safe to say.. i havent gotten alot of sleep in 3 or 4 days… burning the candle at both ends… need to get more sleep… still a lil disheartening… but i will just kill myself more… check again on sat morn

You need to rest. That is when your body heals and repairs. If you continue with what you are doing and get a few nights sleep the weight will move. Good luck dear;)
