BEEN DOWN N OUT

HAVENT TRAINED IN A FEW DAYS…BACK WENT OUT ON ME…THEN JUST AS THAT EASED UP…I GOT A BAD STOMACH BUG…. HOPEFULLY TONIGHT I CAN GET BACK ON THE HORSE…I NEED TO PRESS IRON.

boxing hit

i have a boxing hiit routine that is light years better than the lame treadmill..

i shadow box with 5 or 10 lb dumbels for  30 sec

drop them

shadow box for 30 secons freehand

then move to the punching bag and work it for 1 minute

 

then rest 60 seconds and repeat…. each cycle is a round

after 10 rounds u are dead… and u have fried some fat..and its fun

 

try it!!!

SHOULDER AND BACK ATTACK

HITTING THE BACK N shoulders tonight…heavy n hard…till i puke

i still believe one arms is the best back developer and over body developer there is….with proper form and heavy weights  its a killer… i am usualy spent after a set of these suckers…  just wish my gym had 200lb dumbbells

STOMACH is a queasy today… i thinks i am taking too many supplements…  no need for glucose disposal agents right now  and i am in Ketosis… will lay off them till after my carb up meal friday afternoon… i am running my carb up from noon friday  till  noon saturday,… then glucose disposal city after that.  no solid food after 7 30 pm  ever!!  if the hunger gets bad…grab a shake

the WINTER-SPRING PUSH BEGINS

thus it begins… the WINTER-SPRING PUSH… the next 4 months will be hell for me..hell i embrace… the goal for the last 2 months was to stay even  and put one some muscle.  Now its time to sacrifice some of the new muscle to shred up.  Gym is now a 6 days a week attack.  Morning empty stomach cardio…2 a days… Boxing 4 days a week on the heavy bag…. 3 days a week beating up tires with a sledgehammer in the artic cold.  Just hardcore.  My supplement regimen includes every fat burner known to man and support supplements to keep my body from breaking down…   join me in HELL and come out theo ther side shredded.!!!
