my upper back is on serious hummm…meaning its sore as hell..but last night i was still moving heavy iron….if i can move iron then i am not hurt enuff to lift. i lift injured..sleepy worn out…dont care… must lift at all times!!!
Last night in the gym… these 2 dudes came up to me and start asking me question. They said they see me in the gym all the time picking up huge weights and getting massive… they asked if i could show them a few things. Thats a big honor for me to get people coming up to me asking my advice.
managed to pull myself out of bed at get to the gym at 6am… i prefer to train back and legs in the AM….gym is empty i can really get in a good flow. roman chair back extenstion are hell . thats all i will say
fasting today…..didnt get alot of sleep last night…. feel like crap got 2 workouts in yesterday AM and PM…will take tonight off..impossible to train on a fasting day
got a decent leg day in sunday….went really heavy on the leg press and that pretty much wiped me out. didnt squat right after….but after 4 sets of 12 reps with 1100lbs… i think my legs got hit hard enuff…ofcourse i did all my minor leg work ( extensions, leg curls ) b4 hand. I think ima seperate my HAMMY’s from quads. My hammys fatigue fast and hitting them on say BACK day is more ideal…since some back exercise hit the hams anyway. I am still way too soft but then again i have to get in the 280’s or so for my definition to really show….but i am getting there
I MUST REALLY KNOW how to hit back… because its always sore a few days afterwards… upper lats are toast right now…. not looking foward to tommorrows FASTING…. i know if i do LEGS in the AM then fast.. ima be wiped out times 100…. but i gotta stik to the script.
