since i added the INTERVALS.. .the weight is coming off… that and i switched to Controlled Labs REDcution.. which is a great product
i am getting more ripped daily….i am happy with my progress

had a decent night last night…. maint just went for my intervals… my damages arm was really throbbin last night…. hopefully tonight it will allow me to hit chest hard and more intervals

I AM LOVING DOING INTERVALS ONTHE ELIPTICAL…MY LEGS HAE GOTTEN REALLY TUFF SO I AM DOING INTERVAL CARDIO AFTER EVERY WORKOUT..WHICH IS EVERYDAY…. I ONLY GO 20 MINUTES….ANY MORE THAN THAT AFTER TRAINING = MUSCLE LOSS ZONE

carb day spilled over into sunday…which is a problem for me….the weekends…i carb on saturdays..then over due it on sunday….sunday is a hard day to stick to diet for me
but i did get a great back work out in sunday… my injured forearm was killing me but i grinded it out as usual….. hate BAYLLYS for no having dumbells higher than 100’s

Was running late…so i had to do my LEG WORK on the DOUBLE-TIME. GOT MY LEG PRESSES AND HACK SQUATS in super setting with standing and sitting calf raises… was exhausting but i got it in.. groin seems back to normal thank god
