WHY am i still getting stronger

I am dieting and gridning… i expect to lose stregnth…. but its the opposite… i am getting stronger ..my lifts are way up across the board….   it must be my supplements.. i added  Kilo Sports  PHERAMASS  to help me hold muscle while i diet..and it may have added to this unreal strengths

 the all me RACK  at the gym…cus everything i use   i use the whole weight rack

6am Leg Day is the worse

getting to the gym at 6am  and doing heavy leg work is hard… but  my legs train best in the AM when they fresh

I decided to split up my Leg day…..  with the 6am leg day focused on the quads

i will then tack on Hamstrings to ARM day.

I had 10 plates on each side on the LEg Press… then i put  barbell on top  and added 6 more plates…a guy had to stop me and was like " how in gods name did u just get 10 reps with all that weight."    i told em… well they call me D.Animal  aka  THE BEAST   thats how i roll .. lol

well i had to stop ignoring my painful right elbow… and  have scheduled to see a sports medicine doctors for x-rays and MRI’s …. i cant even open a jar with my right hand… too much pain… but i never let it stop me from trianing heavy.. but  the pain is getting to be a bit much… so i am going in for repairs

the RIPPED BEAST workout schedule

Day 1     6AM    LEGS  ….  9 PM  Chest & ABS   followed by cardio

Day 2     6AM   ARMS …  9 PM  Shoulders / calves   followed by cardio

Day 3     6 AM   Lower Back / Traps ….   9PM Upper back  / ABS  followed by cardio

day 4     6 AM    LEGS ….   9 PM  Chest & ABS   followed by cardio

Day 5     6 AM   ARMS  … 9 PM  Shoulders / calves   followed by cardio 

Day 6    6 AM   Lower Back / Traps     …9 PM Upper back  / ABS  followed by cardio

Day  7   Morning cardio   then REST

OVERDRIVE

Time to really pump up the volume….I think my body is designed where it can be pushed further than most humans…and if i dont push it  the gains slow down….so i think 2 a day training  6 days a week  is in order….  i dont even think its posible for me to overtrain

BACK ATTACK

6am back workout….back is getting really strong  THE poundages i lift  noone else in my gym can deal with…i wanted to get some DEADs in  but my hammys still friend from leg day…try to get them in some time this week

Leg Day part 2

My leg day  in the gym is short but intense… gym opens at 6am ..gotta be to work at the hospital at 8am… gives me about 30 min…

so basically i only rest 30 seconds max between sets

 so i did

4 sets of leg extensions  using the wntire rack for the last set  with 15 reps a set

then right to the leg press….1100lbs x 10 x 4 sets

 right over to squats… only did 3 sets of 10  with 315  and i was kind burnt after the leg press   but i go deep… ass hits the floor

then i finished off with 4 sets of  lying leg curls   120lbs x 10reps

 then ran out to head home to change for work

looks like i have a bad case of tennis elbow in my right arm….gonna get some xrays/mri  on it… wont slow me down any….The Beast will train with multiple gun shot wombs

Weight up 8lbs bodyfat % down .5%

Well i was wondering why i was getting so strong in the gym….and now i see… i have gained 8 lbs   but i have lost another .5% of fat….so that gain is solid muscle  and i am getting shredded…. scales can lie…. i do feel i am holding water though… but i cant argue  with the scale… just keep lifting heavy  cardio  and diet  on point…. if i turn out to be 320 lbs + shredded up ..then so be it

they do call me the beast for a reason
