looks like a cold bug is gonna hit me… already getting sick…. so ima shut it down…trianing hard when u are ill can lead to pneumonia. hopefully i will only be down a few days tops
so far today i have had 2 muscle milk shakes and a 1/4 lb of turkey breast….. kinda had to force all that down… one thing about my supps they wipe out my hunger… i never eat…which is bad.. .so i try to stick to a schedule so i dont forget to get some food down
already i feel like crap…. i entered ketosis rather quickly… body fat% is still heading south so i am happy about that… but mentally its getting harder… this wears on ya mind… just had a meeting at work… they had pizza and sandwiches … everyone eating and i had to sit there and watch…. but i stuck to my diet …fought the urgeto eat bad off… so i am happy too with my willpower… i cant cheat till july 4th long ways from now
memorial day is over… cheated a lil bit.. now back the grind…a full court press to shredd non stop no cheat days no carbs right until the 4th of july.
This will be a hellacious period for me but its just part of the journey 2 the 6 3" ripped chredded beast….cant stop wont stop i dont care how u come wid me!!
One thing i am seein here is the ungodly hot tight bodies of women over 40… its amazing…. I guess with todays supplements and dedication in to the gym… and knowleged… women over 40 with kids can challenge 20yo women in beauty and hotness…. AND WIN

scale aint moving… i have no energy… if i cut my calories any lower i will fall out…. muscle milk isnt even good anymore… i have hit the walll…. i think i need a cheat day cus i dont know how long i can keep going balls to the wall on such low cal and zero carbs…. hopefully i can pull myself together
this is the part of getting shredded that really sucks
Took sunday off to recoup….let the carbs soak in… body feels alot better… back to he grind today
my supps obilterate my appetitie i am basically running on muscle milk and salads and supplements dont want food anymore… i will try to get some goo BBQ down for mermorial day… until this its 100% strick diet n mad cardio and lifting
well i carbed up today… after 6 staights days of under 20 g of carbs a day with hardcore training…. my muscles lapped it up… basicaly just ate junk…. to me glucose is glucose during a carb up… instantly my body fely great… muscles hardened up and grew as they filled my glucose. cramps went way… the bandaid taste in my mouth from ketosis also is gone….. fell great… now i have the energy and glycogen stores to grind for the next 6 days of no carbs…. my body cant possible store any of the carb calories…due o the fac my glycogen levels are so low… super re compomsition …… but the fun is over… back to the grind… gotta get back into ketosis by tuesday…cardio city here i come
