GREAT WORKOUT BAD DIET
October 6, 2008I KINDA WENT OFF DIET THIS WEEKEND….DID ALOT WORK AND HOUSE WORK AND EMPTIED OUT UHAUL STORAGE ROOM…WHICh WORE ME OUT… kinda let the food get to me… hard to diet when u going that hard and doing so much.. but its still unaccpetable… so this week i have to spend fixing any damage i did on the weekend.
one good thing about going off diet…my muscle feel full and healed…feel great… just guilty… u aint suppose to feel great on a hard shred diet…so ima get back at it hard this week.
4 days off from work!! woohooo
October 1, 2008Boss called me in the office today…told me i HAD to take some time off… i accrued to much PTO time. They made me take the next 4 days off… so i can really hit the gym HARD..and go MID DAY when its empty…. woo hooo this is perfect!!
The Big man is back to 100%
September 30, 2008the Beast lives… after sleeping for like 12 hours last night…i woke up at 5 am feeling reborn. hit the gym and tore my legs up and felt good. i shook the bug i had and i can resume with my summer 2009 training… alka seltzer cold PLUS i think is the best btw!
HEAD COLD KILLED ME THIS WEEKEND
September 29, 2008WELL A nasty head cold took me out this weekend… no training… training when u hacking and coughing and all that is ciunter productive…. still feel like crap today… but i might recover by tonight to train.. will play it by ear
nothing like a the common cold
September 26, 2008well i feel a cold coming on…throat is itchy… next comes the clogged nose and the coughing and sneezing…. hate colds…they trigger my latent ashtma ima have to take it a lil easy for a few days.
i hate not training !!!!
almost injured myself
September 21, 2008was watching my eagles whoop on them Steelers…and when the Eagles sacked thier QB to clinch it… i jumped up and went crazy and starting riding my air horse…
well i forgot i have no carbs in me… and i just have a hard workout… both calves locked and down i went…. but after some fluids and a self rub …they unlocked i am good

somehow made the gym tonight
September 19, 2008usually the night b4 my re-feed day carb up.. is the worse day of the week for me…i am totally carb depleted and wore out
after a long day at work… i had to do some kiddie things with my knee biter… made the gym by 9 and got an hour in
hit arms and traps…. took some lebrada NO and it got me thru… i am happy that i got it in…. now i can pass out
night!!
