DIET > EXERCISE

if you have a hard time cutting….dont over exercise …. under eat…. I am learning that exericse will enhance bodyfat loss  but only cutting yoru calories to the bar minimum will do the job.  At my size… i have to cut down to abotu 1200-1400 cals a day to cut.  My body type is what i call HYPER-EFFICENT.  Exercise is important…. but if i dont keep the cals low   .. i wont cut.  alot of people are just like me ….

problem with my pants

went to the movies last  night to see that horrible transformers 2….and had to walk  with my hand on my belt  or my pants would fall down

need smaller pants and smaller belt…. wooohooo   progress

MOTIVATION THRU THE ROOF

i have just realized how locked down  on point i been of late with the diet and training…and its been hard.. but i am still here… and still on point… this has bumped me up in the motivation dept.   The naysayers been on the attack… and that got me going even harder….  i can see the dream real clear now… the hell i am going thru  is nothing now… i am in THE ZONE.. hard  to get in it. … but once you in it.. hard to get u out it

not fun but worth it

cutting is no fun.   i mean i have found the correct matrix of supplements to keep my hunger dead n buried…and keep my metabolism on nuclear…and i train  THRU  and cramps or pains with no problems… I just feel like crap    all day  everyday…. but i know i will have to feel like this for a while…. i just have to be careful and dont forget to eat… cus i never want anything..

I take soooooooooo many supplements  all day… it just seems like i am going to gag at times…  luckily i have a cast iron stomach and nothing makes me sick… but its still  hard to wolf these things down all day everyday…  but   i do what i gotta do.  very few people can do what we do…

I been suffering all week… diet ultra locked in… cardio  and weights daily….carbs very low… feel weak from all the work    so i step on the scale to expect some payoff from my diligence…and it says i gained a 1/4 lb.   LOL   kinda deflating… guess i have to go harder… one thing is safe to say.. i havent gotten alot of sleep in 3 or 4 days… burning the candle at both ends…  need to get more  sleep… still a lil disheartening… but i will just kill myself more… check  again on  sat morn

i been going so hard…eating the bare minimum… lifting hard  with interval cardio after ward…. this is no joke….  but i am on a good roll… just pray i dont break down….
