Well, I just had a few new photos taken of me and imporovements are definately showing. I would love and appreciate it if everyone could take the time to leave me some comments and rate the new pics. Thaks!!!
Well for a long time now I have been trying to get to the point where I can do 3 sets of one armed pull ups and one armed push ups with a clap in between. I’ve finally reached my goal with that and it feels great even though I feel like dying when I’m done.
Why do some people treat going to the gym as if it isa major chore? I just don’t get that. I’m in no way saying that a good work out is easy but it canbe and should be fun. If you’re miserable in your workout routine perhaps you should change things up a little. If I find myself getting to the point of not wanting to hit the weights I figure out why and change what I’m doing. There is nothing wrong with switching your routine. In fact switching things up can actually help to get you some size.
