Jan 8th 12 weeks and 3 days
I was up on weight still today even from last week. I was 132. I had a really busy evening yesterday with the twins birthday, work and training. I went to the gym last night and ran/walked for 2 miles then did weights. I did shoulders, bis and tris. I also started my glutamine today. Tomorrow I will start adding Creatine too. My gym experience was not so great yesterday. Most of the treadmills were taken and I ended up on an old one that did not have any type of read out. I had no idea how long I was on or how far I went until I got off. I then went to lift and the area was taken up but 19 teenage boys and some older men. I can understand how people feel intimated at the gym. I found an area where I wasn't in the way, but for some reason I still felt I was in the way. I am sure it was extremely busy do to college not in session yet and also many new people joining the gym. I belong to 2 different gyms, so it is nice to change the scenery and possibly compare the workout rush. After I finished my workout, I came home to let the dogs out then drove to my mother-in-laws for dinner for an hour. Then rushed home to do a Pilates workout with my client. I noticed I was tight in my hamstrings. This is probably still due to my workout last week. It was 8 pm by then and time to go back to my in-laws to sing happy birthday and have the twins blow out their candles. I had a few bites of ice cream cake, but only a few bites to celebrate. I cannot eat too much dairy or I get sick. We were home by 9 and I still had to finalize my preparations for tonights first Pilates class at Firelands Hospital! I am really excited for the class tonight. After that I run home to train another client , eating my dinner in the car on the way. I will collapse at 8 pm tonight and probably relax on couch finally!! I am hoping to see a little loss in weight by tomorrow...maybe like .5 lbs

I blame my weight on my eating yesterday. I was unable to have my regular carbs at dinner. It it is so important to eat 5 healthy meals and snacks or your body holds on the extra weight. I could also have done better with my water intake yesterday.
On a lighter note, anyone watching The Biggest Loser? I tivo'ed last nights episode. I always love the show where the people hear how their weight is hurting them and then when they find out how much improvement they have made! I am tempted to buy one of the body bands to analyze my sleep, heart rate and calories burned a day. Anyone every try those out?
