I am making good progess! Cardio is definitely increasing and weights are gonna be going up! I love muscle memory!

Yeah muscle memory is a great thing. The longer you workout the shorter it seems to get back after a layoff.

Yes, I took over a year off. It didn’t hit me until this March and then the weight started piling on. I am only up 10 for where I would be comfortable. I don’t think it will take me long to lose the 10. When I first started out 2 years ago I was very new to the healthy eating and consistent lifting. But after training a year for the competition it is like riding a bike. SO I have been on a very clean eating diet since this past sunday and I am working out every day. I am also cheating by taking a fat burner to speed up the process. NO WORRIES! Pics will be coming as soon as I see muscle definition returning. My hair is about 10 incles longer and reddish brown now.. BIG CHANGES

You will be back to your "old" self in no time with the clean eats and hardcore workouts. Go gettem!!
