She is the best…I am sure she will.

I took a 5 month break from August to regroup and figure out what I wanted to do. I did not work out too much for those months. I started my training diet last week and finally started working out yesterday. I know I am now back for good. I started some new supplements and took my measurements. I should see progress a lot sooner this time because when I started my journey over a year ago I was not taking anything not even vitamins and my cardio was sporadic. I am stocked now. I am trying out a full body workout that I did last year along with cardio. My goal is to work out 3 - 4 times a week following my full body work out 3 days and then on the 4th day doing a concentration day of a bodypart of my choice. I also am putting an order in for the suspension training straps. I really liked these when I was training. So I might change my training when those come. My goal is also to get up and do cardio in the am. I did this today and I felt as though I could run a marathon it makes such a difference. I just need to get my ass out of bed. I plan on rewarding myself for every morning I get up and do this too motivate. I will put a certain amount of money aside every time and then buy myself something when I reach a month. after a month i should be able to continue since it takes that long to create a habit! haha

Well, I thought I would get a lot done today, but I have spent my Sunday in front of the computer. I opened up a Myspace account and "pimped it out" haha… I never got a run or a workout in! I hate to admit it, but I am looking forward to the start of school soI can get back into old routines. It was a beautiful day for a run too…just cool enough to push harder than normal and I blew it! Maybe tomorrow will be the same and I can try again…

Well it has been awhile since I have typed. I am working out every day or maybe I skip a day here and there. I do one body part a day. I am working out in my basement currently and I hate it. I just don’t feel I have the same drive as I do in the gym. Anyone struggle with this? I also can only do all free weights and have a pulley system. I am finally figured out my routines except quads. If anyone has a good freeweight quad routine I would love if you can share it. My shoulder is getting a lot better. I am now taking a Shaklee joint health supplement and I swear it is rebuilding the cartilidge even though dr’s say it is impossible…I have actually switched to all Shaklee supplements and I have never felt better. My diet has been better, but I am aware of what I am eating and my weight is staying the same. I am also still running a lot. I run at least 3 miles 3-4 times a week and I am trying to increase to a 10k by Labor Day. I don’t see this being too hard. I am really looking forward to it. I also have a few training sessions left with my trainer from June I am going to use up the next couple weeks.

MRI didn’t show anything and my shoulder is not hurting as bad as it was 3 months ago. I think it is healing. I did pull ups today and it hurt for a little bit only. I am also sleeping better. I went running today and am going to rework my workout exercises tonight…

So I finally went tot he dr today…I was diagnosed with a labral tear…anyone have this? I could repair it with surgery that would take months to heal or I can live through it and come up with a different shoulder workout that dowan’t involve military presses and any straight up lifting above my head… looking for help on this one everyone!!!PLEASE!! My shoulders are starting to shrink…
On a lighter note I ran 5 miles the other day and I have never done that before!

I have been using my gym membership but not working out 5 days a week. I combine my workouts though so I am doing all body parts. I had a friend who is a trainer tell me I need to work on my shoulders, but since my left arm is still hurt I can’t really focus on this. I have a dr appointment monday so I will find out more next week. I have been slacking on my cardio a bit and I have noticed around my mis section not as lean as I was a month ago. I know the more I continue to push myself the more I will do. This is excellent for me so far because I have never been motivated to workout on my own and so far I am doing it! I will start posting my workouts soon. I need to get a little more organized.
