what is the XL on the METHYL 1-D

Ok whats the deal with this methyl 1D XL.  i got it from GNC.  A friend told me about it but his doesn’t have the XL on it.  So what is the XL stand for?  Any insightt on this product would be helpful.  I looked on line but i couldn’t find anything.

today’s workout!!!

Of course i will be warming up with a 20 minute run.  Next I do 75 leg raises, 75 crunches, 75 knee-ins, 75bicycle crunches.  Then the workout begins.  3 sets of each with a 90 second rest in between. (superset 1) Incine dumbell curl, rope pulldown.  (Superset 2) hammer curl, close grip dumbell press.  (superset3) preacher curl, overhead dumbell extension.  (Superset 4) Military press, dumbell low raise.  THAT IS IT AND IT WORKS>  CHECK TOMARROW FOR THE NEXT WORKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
