I apologize for my lack of consistency. I fell into a place where the weakness of others was overbearing my desire. I went through the motions, did the hard work I always did, but the spirit lacked inside. That being said the following is what the point of this here blog is. I looked at those who were being negative, weak and pathetic (mostly clients) and came to a conclusion. I will not be one of them, and more importantly I will not let them get me down. I knew this before true. What shocked me was the rate of how it got to me. I had an elder talk to me the other day and pretty much said "You are either it or you are not! Until you understand fully what that means don’t come back to your life, it will not be worth it." He was right, and here I am back with a better insight to the whole game of life.

Freedom, the one thing that we have complete control of. I am not speaking of freedom a country can or can’t give you, or of religion. But that of personal freedom. You have to feel as if you yourself have no limits complete and utter freedom. Than and only than can you have this feeling of bliss. A feeling that everything is possible. Without it we are no different than lambs being led to our inevitable slaughter. Mindset is very important, it can mean the difference between making that last rep or not showing up for the workout at all.
Mindset starts way before you even get in your car, way before your morning protein shake or coffee (in my case efujion energy drink).
Mindset starts upon waking, and waking is soley linked on how you went to bed, thus why rest is important.
If you wake up thinking limiting thoughts your whole day will be limited, if you wake up free and eager your day will bring you events and experiences that will continue to uplift you.
I leave you with this:
Life will give you exactly what you ask from it. Ask for just a penny and will give you that and not a cent more. Ask for freedom and happiness and it will know no bounds.

I am an Apache, as a form of mental training and a way to release excess stress, rage and any "useless emotion" and it is the following:
Grab any article be it clothes, head bands bracelets etc. (in my case it’s my grandad’s bandana) and associate that with getting into full rage and intensity. This will cause your workouts to be extreme and let you get rid of all the things that cause you grief. A win win
