somebody help me please?
please i need help. not the generic eat properly, train hard bullshit, i need real help. my body is NOT changing, i train consistantly i eat consistantly and all i get is fat and i am not even eatting dirty or junky or fatty foods, i eat so clean. i train hard, i leave the gym in a shaking and exhausted heap. my body isnt gettin stronger or bigger i suck i need proper help from a professional to help me. i am sick of weasting my time hopiong it will improve. i dont know what is wrong with me. i have the motivaiotn i have the drive, but i am not gettin any results that i am supposed to, i have been trianing for 3 years solid and still nothing and i dont even look like ih ave ever stepped foot in a gym. my stupid body has not changed since i was like 19, i dont know what the hell is going on anymore, i dont know if the gym is my thing or any sport for that matter cause everything i try i fail at it anyway.

First of all the gym can change anybodies body for the better. I am not sure what you are doing wrong because you haven’t told me what you are doing. Firstly what are your goals? Are you trying to get more muscle? Are you trying to lean out? What are you eating and when? Are you eating 6 meals a day? Are each and every meal a balance of about 30 grams or more of protien a complex carb and a veggie or fruit or are you eating protien one meal and simple carbs the next? What are you doing in the gym? Are you doing the same thing that you did for the past three years? Have you mixed up your routine? Let’s work together and see if we can come up with some solutions that will help.

Dude, you need to give up. You’ve made no progress over the last three years, and you won’t make any more in the next three - or six - or thirty. You’re just genetically incapable of adding any more muscle than you have. I’m not flaming, just giving you a reality check. You could invest the time and money you waste on your futile effort to gain size and strength, but you and I know that it would be a waste. Find something else to do like building miniature ships in bottles, but don’t take up space in the gym and make real weight lifters wait for you to finish your max effort day with 20 kg on the bench press.

You should quit working out. It isn’t cut out for ***gots like you and me. I’m just like you. I’ve been weak my whole life. The only thing that comforts me in times like this is snuggling with my dad. You should try it or maybe we should snuggle together? Do you like hairy men?
