hmmm very negative thinking. I have seen people go the natural route to building a better body. I think it depends what you want and finding what works for you.

You get out of the sport what you put into it. Attitude is a huge part my friend. I’ve seen many, many natural bodybuilders get fantastic results and it all stems from the effort they put forth. I absolutely guarantee that if you are 100% spot on with your diet that alone will net you fantastic results. If the intensity is not there in the gym though you will NEVER see any results. Steph is right though…what works for one doesn’t work for everyone you just have to see what works for you and remember that you are not going to see results over night. It takes at least a year of good hard training and excellent diet to even begin to see results. Give yourself some time to find your niche.

I understand your frustration but it would be the biggest mistake of your life to give up now. Your body and health is too important just to give up. If you work out consistently but aren’t getting results my guess is its your diet. You don’t need to buy in to any special diets or supplements, just eat a lot of lean protein and moderate, clean carbs. Please give it another try!

Why dont you post your training and diet? There are plenty of people here that may see something to help.

i have tried before everyone just made fun of me or told me i was lying. i am not going to ask ppl for help or to look at my training and diet if they are not even going to take me seriosuly. i have lost faith in many ppl on this site all they seem to do is help the elitists and make fun of the people who actually try, and who dont stick themselves with a syringe to grow.

Don’t let anyone discourage you. Sometimes it just takes time. Back when I was your age, I was pretty lean, but couldn’t gain muscle. I stuck with the basics and and eventually put on 30 pounds. True I have since lost most of those gains because I got lazy, but if you stick wih it you will see results.

I share your pain, I am trying real hard and by now (almost 7 weeks) I "should" have lost around 21 lbs, I’ve lost only 7 instead…I train VERY hard, being called an ANIMAL isn’t exactly the kind of compliment I have wanted to hear, but that’s what gym people have been calling me after my workouts, either way, I will not quit because as slow as it is coming, the change in my body, but most important my MIND is coming. Keep up the good work, don’t give up.

He has a reason to be frustrated. He’s been lifting for years with little to no progress in size and strength. He should probably just give up.
