So I am almost three months deep into my third tour in the middle east. I have not been able to update my profile or my pics or my blog for that matter. I am still lifting hard when I can and have been making good gaines. Hope to post progress soon!

I opened up my blog to update it, then realized I didnt have much to say. I had a pretty solid week end. A little traveling and alot of good times. I have about four weeks until I leave the country so I am slowly getting ready for that. At this point I just wish the time would come, that way I could come home sooner. I just keep hoping they will have a decent gym on site… Thats it for now.

I just got the word that my unit will be deploying to Iraq for 6-9 months. I will be leaving sometime in March. I dont have to many details yet, but Im sure I will get them soon. This will be my third tour to the middle east in just under three years. I do not know many people that have been to the place where I am going so I can only speculate. I can only hope they have a decent place to work out. That is just one of the things that throws training off while I am deployed. I will update my blog and profile as often as possible. Well see what happens…

I was planning on going in for arms today, but a late night last night changed that plan for the worse. Im going to have to go in tommorrow and push twice as hard now. Creatine is treating me pretty good. High energy and a decent amount of stamina gains. Feels good to be back on it. Leg pics will be posted soon hopefully. Depending on how they look after the next work out.

I just put myself on a new creatine. It has been over a year since I have taken a pure creatine. I will post the brand, flavor and dosage under my supplements category after the first work out. Hopefully it will give me that extra edge to push just a little harder. Ill let you know.

The most dreaded day in the gym for most people. To include my self. Also, the day my lifting partner cancels out on me the most… Wierd. I plan on posting my leg routine and some lower body leg pictures with in the next day or two. Stay tuned if interested. Good luck out there.

Progress pictures uploaded. Ratings and advice are always helpful and welcome. Not a whole lot of change but I feel stronger so that’s a start. I am trying to bulk so I am eating everything in sight and I am paying for it a little at a time as far as conditioning goes. I have been trying to stick to clean stuff but I have been cheating here and there. More to come. Back to the gym tomorrow for arms.
