			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Monday, April 6th, I&#8217;ll be 50 years old. I&#8217;ve been training so hard over the past few months and now I&#8217;m finally going to make it. I&#8217;ve wanted to bring my legs up to a decent size and I think I&#8217;ve finally done it. Now, they look like a normal&#8217;s man&#8217;s legs should look instead of constantly making my upper body look too big! I&#8217;ve been doing tons of squats, leg extensions, leg presses, and hack squats. But what I&#8217;ve really been doing is tons and tons of just deep knee bends with butt to the floor and I have to tell ya, it is working! I&#8217;ve still got a long way to go but now, I feel like I&#8217;m on the road to achieving my goals.
