50 - My Silver Anniversary!
April 5, 2009On Monday, April 6th, I’ll be 50 years old. I’ve been training so hard over the past few months and now I’m finally going to make it. I’ve wanted to bring my legs up to a decent size and I think I’ve finally done it. Now, they look like a normal’s man’s legs should look instead of constantly making my upper body look too big! I’ve been doing tons of squats, leg extensions, leg presses, and hack squats. But what I’ve really been doing is tons and tons of just deep knee bends with butt to the floor and I have to tell ya, it is working! I’ve still got a long way to go but now, I feel like I’m on the road to achieving my goals.
