Here we go again.
Monday, February 4th, 2008For the last two months I have been spinning my wheels trying to be consistent with training. Work has been crazy, I fought off a few bugs and the ankle problems really hindered me. Hopefully this week is the start of a good stretch.
Sunday I hit delts, biceps and upper back
Cleans 3 sets of 6, Side laterals 3 sets of 12, Dumbbell presses 3 sets of 12
Dumbell curls 2 sets of 12, sets of 6, Barbell curls 3 sets of 12, Preacher curls 3 sets of 12
Pulldowns 3 sets of 12, Close Grip pulldowns 3sets of 12
