I just climbed to the top of a 40 foot tall rock climbing wall.
Wow. I could really get into this — a great alternative to lifting maybe once a week.
It was really fun AND challenging.

I’ve been training pretty hard for the last 6 months, and I have made some very good progress. However…I think it’s time to raise the stakes a bit.;
So..with some advice from one of my BB.com friends (Powervision), I am drastically changing my diet for awhile (months, probably).
Here is the diet I embarked on today:
morning
whey protein shake (2 scoops)
coffee
banana
snack
apple
lunch
chicken breast, rice, black beans
snack
apple
coffee
after the gym
whey protein shake (2 scoops)
dextrose or fruit
dinner
chicken breast, rice, black beans
and dark greens salad, no dressing
bedtime
almonds
Thanks to Powervision for his patient help.

One of my friends from this site had John McCallum’s ideal proportions listed on his site.
It is pretty interesting…here is the formula…and MY ideal proportions.
I have a lot of work to do to become "ideal’.

Waist: 70% x chest

Thigh: 53% x chest

Upper arm: 36% x chest
mine=16.96
