tried on a pair of pant two sizes smaller than when i started thought they would never fit but i would use them as a goal, and wham they fit so now i have to set a different goal size….I am so happy I just cant stand myself lol.. I am just so excited to see that i am making progress even though the scaled=s not moving.. My motivation is so high right now..

keep that body moving thats my motto this week any and all exercise I can get in am big or small. I have to say water aquatics was harder this week the instructor was easier on us last week and I am glad she is pushin me.. Boot camp starts next week at my gym so excited to get put through the ringer. Push your selves you can do it…

What a great Sunday.. Took girls to the mall and walk for hours and then hit the gym. We worked ever thing total body workout, when we got home I soaked in the tub with epson salt while they watched a movie.. Did not take a day off from working out last week need to have a rest day maybe tuesday being tomo is that crazy water aquatics and I have to try it again.. Have not weighed in in a week or so and have to post new photos cant wait.. To anyone who thinks they cant do it you can and if you can just convince yourself to try you will.. Reach high and Dream big..

Well time to spice up the routine so I got up at the crack of dawn and drug myself to the yoga class at the gym. Thought I would just sleep on the mat I guess, not!!! The instructor was like on starbucks crack running round the room pushin us to stretch farther and breathe breathe, I have taken yoga b4 but not with Sgt Kimm, lol. But really it was rough and my thighs are screamin but what a great workout, and I will go back. I really enjoyed the last five minutes when we meditated.. Then I took the crazy water aquatics class and did abs. Now I am exhausted and tomo i am sleeping in…

Today is a new day a new challenge. I went to water aquatics last night and I really thought it would be so easy, not! I honestly worked hard to keep up. I cant believe what a whole body work out I got and it was a nice change. Today I am working a double so my work out was at home this morning and short but it was something. Tomorrow my daughters and I are hitting the gym early and doing free weights and than a yoga class, excited. Its gloomy and rainy but the gym atmosphere is always sunny, lol. Have a great friday my friends and work hard reach for your goals

I am at 24 pound loss now and good bye please dont come back. I feel better and the energy I have from carrying less fat is amazing. Going to the gym and working out with my family has brought us so much closer and has been such a good journey. Putting on a pair of jeans a month ago that only went up to my knees was like winning an award and being able to pull my grandson in his wagon and run with him and not be tired is the greatest.. For anyone who has doubts they can do it you can we all can live our life and dreams just reach for it and get a good support group..

No chicken wings fat free popcorn and pumping arm weights watching game.. The Cardinals are just doing their thing hope they hold on… Two minute warning!! Well I have been so busy working double back shifts all weekend that getting workouts in have been tough but I am trying.. Been getting my water down low on the cardio but got the weight training in and gonna start on my abs now.. Hopefully will get back in the cardio game tomo..

Got to pump that water sure is getter easier.. Workouts are going good have my appointment tonight with trainer Robert will see what happens. I have pumped up the cardio and am really concentrating on my workouts, lost 1.7 lbs and ever pound counts so i am jazzed. Squats never seem to get easier but thats squats. Tomorrow I am off so I can recover from the trainer LOL. Seriously though I am excited to see what he shows me. Have to take new photos soon
