I am a week and a half from getting started again and getting serious about getting shredded. I am waiting for my daughters soft ball home leauge to end. then I will have more time for work outs. Between coaching her team and work it screws up my diet and work out schedule.I made some serious gains during the muscle tech challenge now I need to follow up. Stay tuned

Today is a off day but I just could not help myself from going to the gym and doing some ab work. its starting to pay off and I am getting pumped .My legs are starting to look like road maps.  Who needs roids when all you need is a little progress.

week  four of my 12week training process . Leg day squats, hack ,squats ,sissy squats ,dumbell step ,ups RDLs ,seated leg curls,all five sets  10 10 15 15 20 reps. Then standing calf raises, seated calf raises, and donkey calf raises,2 sets of 20 reps. trying to lean down but its hard work

 Day five did one of the hardest leg work outs ever my legs are still sore five sets each squats ,leg press, leg ext., lundges ,rdl,  lying leg curls,standing calf, seated calf, and donkeys. my hammies are melted. five sets 6 reps x 2 ,10 reps x2 and 12reps x1
