turkey day
well i have to tell you although i am still pissed that i really aint seeing any results i am feeling much better i seem to have a lot more energy i still am looking for a workout partner for wieght training however for thanksgiving we went to my father inlaws and he opted to smoke a turkey but forgot to take it off pre heat so no turkey for us and i dont care much for ham so i had a few small portions of green been salad and potatoes some apple sauce 1 small piece of pie no whip cream i know most of you are saYING SO WHAT BUT FOR ME THATS HUGE WHEN I SEE A TON OF FOOD AND WALK AWAY
