Fun evening ahead

For the uninitiated, I’m doing MAX-OT and technically, am supposed to do one muscle group per day. But since I ended up missing a workout, tonight I’m looking forward to…1) chest, 2) biceps, 3) abs and 4) HIIT stairs. Ouch! LMAO, help me god! :)
