Bah, gêne-toi pas pour venir me parler, surtout que je fais le night shift ave cle cleaning crew trois soirs par semaine... c'est tellement plate qu'on prend tout le divertissement qui passe !!

OFF season almost done... ça m'tente pas pantoute.

Sérieux, viens me voir pis gêne toi pas même si j'ai des écouteurs ou que je jase avec trois millions de personnes ;)

Sérieusement j'ai lu tes blogs pis toute les infos que tu as pris le temps d'écrire et je suis sûr que tu sais ce que tu fais ;)
Tu as l'air d'aimé ce que tu fais et je trouve ca niice parce qu'il y a beaucoup de personnes qui vont s'entraîner et qui le font juste parce qu'ils le doivent et non parce qu'ils aiment ca...
J'peux pas critiquer c'que tu fais car tu sais mieux que moi ce que tu dois faire !
Il y a juste une chose qui m'a fait peur !! C'est le shake que tu te fais avec trois oeufs crus ...
en t-k si tu n'es pas malade après avoir bu ca alors ca ne peut etre que bénéfique...j'crois bien...
P.s.: en passant je t'ai reconnu au Fit 4 Life mais je sais pas trop comment t'aborder llol

Eat up son you dont have to worry about getting fat so put some meet on those bones no need for you to be starving. for you to put on weight start eating like 3000 cals a day keeping protein some what high as well if you are lifting a great deal. and you need carbs alot to full your body im sure you have a fast metabo.</description>

					<description>Thanks for your comments. I agree, martial arts and boxing are pretty fun to do. RIght now I have specific goals and I have to deal with some injuries, and stationary bike is my best option for the moment. Plus, I have a bike at home so it's easier on the tough schedule :D

But thanks for your idea, I'll definitively try to find some time when I feel better... There's a boxing ring and a lot of stuff at my gym anyway :)</description>
