Transition from PT to real weights. . .
Saturday, September 27th, 2008I’m back to gym normal. Still not in playing shape. I’m not able to really control a shot, long kick, or even shield any of the kids I coach right now as my brain is still thinking about moving instead of just doing it.
I’m beginning to ramp up the cardio and pack the cooler each morning as I’ve realized being down for a full month and then only being half functional the next have put on some extra pounds.
Since my facility didn’t have enough to run their Weight Watchers at work program I joined to boost the numbers. It is really boring listening to the talk as I already know it and I already plan. Oh well at least the next time we can have it I can promote the program.
