I don’t run for fun, I need a purpose.
Wednesday, June 25th, 2008I’ve bounced back from the little hamstring incident and have one more week of games left. I’m ramping up my training in anticipation of taking a whole week off from everything after I get my knee scoped next week. I must say playing and training without any anti-inflammatory drugs is a bit of a challenge on my knee. Oh well, I’m only running after baseballs until sometime in next week. Not looking forward to the rehab and possible phase two if my ACL is missing.
