past few weeks
December 10, 2009last workout was monday, been super busy with school and work.
monday did squats 4×5 265. the week before did 5×5 265. will only be doing 4 sets of squats from now on
leg curl 2×5 80
then like 5 sets of calf work.
injured right shoulder about 2 weeks ago, havent done upper body since, other than a quick arm workout. I’ll take tomorow off to recover from work (done about 20 hours of shoveling in the past 30 hours). Saturday will do lower body + light upperbody workout to get back into things. monday if my shoulders feeling fine will start a routine (layne nortons strength + hypertrophy) which i hope to follow for the break (6 weeks off. I should have plenty of time, if it stops snowing.
