Cutting Plan
Okay so heres the plan I am following to loose fat for the summer:
Monday - Chest, Triceps, Biceps, 10 minute jog
Tuesday - 20 minutes HIIT
Weds - Legs, abs, 10 minutes jog
Thursday - HITT
Friday - Sholders, Back, 10 minutes jog
Saturday - HITT
3-4 sets of 2-3 different exercises for each muscle, around 10 reps each set, mostly free weight compound movements
my goal is to drop my waistline below 31.5" waist by may 31st, and keep it around there for summer. This program is inspired in part by the Body for Life workout, stressing high intensity training. I am somewhere between a mesomorph and and ectomorph, so this should work for me. As far as nutrition, I find myself going on binges if I think about it too much. I am simply going to try to eat three meals with three snacks in between with generally healthy foods and some kind of protein. Mostly for me, alcohol avoidance is key( I am in a frat in college). It’s exam time so I should be able to do that pretty easily. Any comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Here I go!
