Decided to negate my day 2 high rep leg day, and went with a heavy leg day. I am wondering what results I will get from hitting my legs 3x a week…and now with one heavy day. I L O V E going heavy; it is a H I G H!!!

I think you should do well- next week try mixing it up like workout A- Heavy, B-Plyo metrics, C- Light high Repitions
