MAYBE I will do nationals since they are in Atlanta, driving distance, maybe I will do the elite, but first up on my list is THE MOUNTAINEER!!!

Normally by the time I am carb depleated my butt gets flat, but I really focused on squats and dead lifts so it must have worked to build the muscle. I must admit, I really love squats. It has been a love that has grown on me, but I do, I love them.

I&#8217;m feeling pretty good, grumpy at time, but not tired yet. Cardio is OK, weight training is pretty tough. I&#8217;m happy with where I am, I feel on target.
