new year, new goals
Friday, November 30th, 2007HEY! So, I have taken a couple of months off, willingly, knowing some weight gain would follow, but it was healthy for the mind. So I am back on track now, in off-season, pre-diet mode. I will update my stats every Friday, with a goal of losing 2 pounds per week and 1% of bodyfat per week, zeroing in on getting to 155 and 13% body fat to start the New Year.
