Diet’s suck
Monday, November 13th, 2006Well… the diet didn’t workout too well. It was just too mcuh to eat. I found myself eating all the time and the Carb / Protein / Fat ratios didn’t work out too well.
Here is what I am Doing now:
Wake up: Coffee
Get to work:
Muscle Milk & Oats
Ecdysterone
Multivitamin
Glucosamine & Chondrointin
Pre Lunch:
NOS Precursor
Lunch:
Usually Pork Tenderloin or
95% fat free hamburger or
Top Steak
Salad or Whole Wheat Pasta
3 Fish Oil
Glucosamine & Chondrointin
Pre-Workout:
Ether 2010
Protein Shake
Ready 4 War
Post Workout:
Protein / Carb Shake
Ether 2010
Simple carb - Apple, etc.
NOS Precursor
Ecdysterone
Dinner:
Sensible dinner
Fish Oil
Glucosamine Chondrointin
Pre Bed:
NOS Precursor
Casein Protein Shake
Flax Seed Oil
