MY AB ROUTINE

My friends always ask ’seth mate what do you do for your abs’? My ab routine is very basic and easy, i do 4 sets of 25 reps crunches for upper abs and 4 sets of 25 reps for lower abs and for obliques i do side twist with a broom stick. Thats it.
